Bai Yuan Zhi Lian (The Hundred Yuan Love)
Jia Ling's "Hot and Spicy" successfully became the box office champion of the Spring Festival, relying on the gimmick of losing 100 kilograms. It also entered the top ten box office directors in the domestic entertainment industry, earning a lot of money. I naturally won't contribute to the box office for several reasons. On the one hand, I'm not interested in Jia Ling losing 100 kilograms, and I can naturally watch it after it's released. Secondly, the overwhelming marketing is annoying, and the large number of negative reviews after the release proves that my choice not to contribute to the box office is correct. Out of curiosity, I watched the original version of "The Hundred Yuan Love". I thought it would be a story about the female lead winning the championship by casually boxing, but it's not. It's just a story about how the female lead transformed from a loser at home to a normal person who loves boxing and is optimistic and confident. It's a very warm and Japanese-style movie.

Yue Guang Nan Hai (Moonlight Boy)
I watched this movie at the train station during the Chinese New Year holiday. I didn't really understand it, and I couldn't empathize with the black characters.

Fei Chi Ren Sheng 2 (Pegasus 2)
This movie in the Spring Festival season has a good reputation. I went to see it and it's really good. Compared to "Pegasus 1", Han Han has made a lot of progress in this one. Although there are plenty of internet memes, they are more suitable when combined with the plot, and the effect is very funny. The part where Shen Teng competes is too full of twists and turns, and the overall feeling is too magical. It's been five years without driving, but he easily takes the sixth place. What does it mean to be a genius racer? Overall, the jokes are good, but there are many flaws in the plot. I would give it a 6.5 out of 10.

Rang Zi Dan Fei (Let the Bullets Fly) Second Viewing
I found out that my sister who just started college had never seen "Let the Bullets Fly"! I quickly brought her to watch it for the second time! How can a person live without watching "Let the Bullets Fly"!
-
Hei She Hui (Black Society) Second Viewing
-
Nian Hui Bu Neng Ting (The Annual Meeting Must Go On)
I didn't expect it to be so funny. The roll call part is the funniest. The ending is too ideal, and the plot doesn't stand up to careful scrutiny, but let's just enjoy it.

MyGo
I can't fall in love with band-themed anime in this lifetime. I don't like short hair, so I especially dislike Rokka. But I still have to check out the second creation, and I checked out this amazing camera work, stunning lighting effects, and the most infectious performance by the whole team! RAISE A SUILEN's insane stage in 2019 "UNSTOPPABLE"! I fell in love with RAS, especially Kurumi!

Qing Shen Shen Yu Meng Meng (Deep Love and Rainy Rain)
In recent years, there has been a lot of talk about Ru Ping being a green tea and He Shu Huan being a scumbag. Based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, I quickly watched "Deep Love and Rainy Rain" and found that each character is very three-dimensional. The marketing accounts use terms like green tea and scumbag to label the characters, taking fragments from the drama out of context, regardless of the cause and effect of the matter, and being one-sided and disgusting. A person cannot remain unchanged. Growth and reflection make a character more real. Many people say that Yi Ping was pua'd by He Shu Huan, but does a boyfriend have to indulge in everything to not be considered pua? Many times, Shu Huan is reasoning with Yi Ping, making someone who has never enjoyed fatherly love and doesn't know how to deal with the relationship with his father become gentle and learn to reconcile. Yi Ping may not be as sharp as before and no longer "be herself," but who says a person must live in pain and oppose the whole world to be true to oneself? Shu Heng is said to be a scumbag, but in reality, he is just indecisive. It's obvious that he doesn't love Ru Ping, but he is confused by her pursuit and briefly has feelings for her. Both the male and female leads have their flaws. When they argue, they say hurtful things, but deep down, they love each other. It's too real. Auntie Qiong Yao's level is really high. Ru Ping, Meng Ping, and Shu Hao have all grown and changed. Criticizing the characters based on the mistakes they made under Auntie Qin's education in the early stages of the drama is meaningless. They have all recognized their mistakes and accepted the consequences. Anyway, this 49-episode TV series is superior to many current dramas in terms of pace, acting, and plot. It is really despicable to use today's values to stigmatize characters for the sake of popularity. We should objectively investigate and maintain independent thinking to avoid being misled. But the little lamb still needs to be roasted. 🤭

Random Thoughts#
- I really didn't want to go home for the Chinese New Year, but I still went because many friends wanted to see me. The high-speed train tickets this year were quite easy to buy, but a week before going home, I accidentally refunded the tickets because I was confused due to a high fever! I fainted when I was sick, and I was completely dumbfounded. Then I quickly bought a hard seat ticket for the night of New Year's Eve and also waited for the refunded high-speed train hoping that some fool would refund their ticket again. The good news is that I got a standby ticket a couple of days before departure, and although there were some twists and turns in between, I still made it home beautifully.
- When I got home, I unexpectedly saw my dad's WeChat balance. Well, it's still quite a lot, so I can imagine that there are still some savings at home, even if it has nothing to do with me. But my mom cries poor every day, and they always argue about various small amounts of money at home, which made me always think that my family is very poor and I feel helpless about anything beyond my abilities. It also developed a habit of pity and a messiah complex. No one has ever told me that our family can make ends meet. 😔 In the blink of an eye, I'm about to start my own family. Will this feeling of helplessness accompany me for the rest of my life?
- I haven't been home for the Chinese New Year for many years. My cousins have all grown up, and there are four tables for the family dinner. Finally, it feels like the New Year.
- I bought gifts for my sister and mom when I went home. It feels really good to spend money on people you care about, hehe.
- Before leaving Shanghai, I had a high fever and a sore throat, and I was worried that I couldn't eat during the New Year. Unexpectedly, my throat got better as soon as I got home, but I got a fever again on the day I returned to Shanghai, and my throat was sore again. This illness is quite considerate. I'll deal with it after the New Year. I don't know what virus is going around in Shanghai. My cough hasn't gotten better, and I keep coughing up phlegm every morning. Damn virus. 🤬
- The dates for my wedding and honeymoon have been set, so I don't have to worry about that every day. There are still a lot of things to do next, but at least there's a progress bar now.
